Marshals arrested Isaac Villarreal Rocha on November 27th.
Odessa Police say that Rocha, 31, sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl back in early May.
The victim's mother reported the assault to officers on May 15th, but she couldn't identify the suspect.
A D.N.A. sample was taken from the victim and sent to a Texas Department of Public Safety lab -- and the sample reportedly matched up with Rocha's D.N.A.
The match reportedly came up through the CODIS (Combined D.N.A. Index System).
A subsequent D.N.A. sample taken from Rocha during the execution of a search warrant on November 19th also reportedly matched up with the sample in the D.P.S. lab.
Now, Rocha is charged with felony aggravated sexual assault.
As of Wednesday evening, Rocha wasn't listed in jail records at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
