Dump Truck Spill Causes Traffic Tie-Ups In Midland County

MIDLAND COUNTY -- A dump truck spill causes major traffic tie-ups near Midland International Airport.

    TXDOT officials say that a belly dump truck lost its load while it was driving along F.M. 1788 near TX 191 around 9:15 AM Monday.

    Traffic along F.M. 1788 was slowed to a crawl for more than an hour as crews cleaned up the spilled load.

    The spill was cleaned up around 10:25 AM Monday, and traffic flow returned to normal in the area.

    There are no reports of any injuries from the spill.
