MIDLAND -- Midland I.S.D. is looking to sell off one of its buildings.

M.I.S.D. is inviting bidders that might want to buy the Mashburn Building (located at 300 Carrizo Street, near downtown Midland).

The building is the home for the M.I.S.D. Athletics Department, M.I.S.D. Police Department and the M.I.S.D. Technology Department.

The departments currently housed at the Mashburn Building would move to other buildings within the district if the building is sold.

If the Mashburn Building gets a buyer, the sale can't close until July 31, 2014.
