NEW ORLEANS, LA  --  Kickoffs in the NFL will now take place from the 35-yard line.

League sources told NFL.com the owners decided to move kicks up five yards from the 30-yard line.

However, touchbacks will remain at the 20-yard line and will not be moved to the 25-yard-line.

Owners also passed a rule allowing replay officials to review scoring plays at any point during the game.
