Players Awarded Scholarships

MIDLAND -- ASCO awarded nine football players from west Texas with scholarships worth $2000 at the Midland Country Club on Wednesday.

Recipients included Kristian Rodriguez from Lee, Jacoby Webster from Midland, Justin Coker from Coahoma, Cullen Beard from Grandfalls-Royalty, Alex Young from Midland Trinity, Hayden Ware from Sands, Hunter Rose from Greenwood and Cat Garcia from Lorenzo.

Garcia is the first ever female recipient of an ASCO scholarship.
