MIDLAND -- The West Texas Food Bank now has an additional $3,000 to help feed area families in need.

Clayton Williams Energy donated $3,000 and several barrels of food to the West Texas Food Bank Monday.

Half of the donated money came from C.W.E. employees, while the other half was matched by oilman Clayton Williams himself.

The donations will stay in the region, as the West Texas Food Bank works to feed hungry families in 22 West Texas counties.
