Cause Of Odessa Mobile Home Fire Remains Unknown

ECTOR COUNTY -- An Ector County mobile home is destroyed after in a weekend fire.

    Investigators say the 16' x 70' trailer was parked behind a home in a neighborhood south of Interstate 20 when the flames sparked on November 4th.

    The owners actually drove the mobile home -- while it was fully engulfed in flames -- into the street at the corner of South Einstein Avenue and West McCormick Street.

     Luckily, firefighters were able to get the flames out before any other homes were damaged.

    Fire investigators say no one was hurt in the blaze.

    The cause of the fire remained under investigation Monday.
