Officers say that 3 teenage boys robbed someone at gunpoint around 8:45 PM on November 20th.
The victim was reportedly walking to their vehicle when the teens approached him.
Two of the robbers reportedly showed pistols, while the third teen demanded that the victim give them all his property.
The robbers took the victim's wallet and cell phone and left the scene on foot.
Moments after the robbery, officers found 3 teens who they believed to be the robbers walking in the 3800 block of Penbrook Street.
The teens started running as soon as officers approached them, but police were able to catch one teen.
The detained teen -- Alcario Albert Archuleta -- reportedly had the victim's cell phone, charger and spare battery on him at the time he was stopped.
The victim quickly identified Archuleta, 19, as one of the robbers who flashed a gun at them -- and Archuleta was taken into custody.
Archuleta is now charged with felony aggravated robbery, felony engaging in organized criminal activity and misdemeanor evading arrest.
As of Wednesday evening, Archuleta was being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center without a posted bond.
Officers say the other two robbers are Hispanic males with black hair who are about 18-years-old.
According to police, one suspect is about 5'6" tall and he weighs 145 pounds.
The first suspect was reportedly wearing light-colored cargo pants and a white shirt at the time of the robbery.
The second robber is reportedly 5'8" tall, and he weighs 150 pounds.
Police say that the second suspect was wearing a work-style dark jacket and blue jeans.
The second suspect also reportedly was armed with a handgun.
