"Souper Bowl of Caring" Food Drive Kicks of in Basin

WEST TEXAS -- The Souper Bowl of Caring is a nationwide food drive building on the excitement of the football's Super Bowl to end hunger! Ready, Set, Hike! The Souper Bowl of Caring Runs Through Feb. 3 to benefit the West Texas Food Bank.

Albertson's has made it easy for people to donate in Midland and Odessa. Simply add an $8 donation at checkout and Albertson's will donate much-needed staples to our Food Bank.

The West Texas Food Bank is asking for church groups, schools, business, etc. to participate. Get hyped about the Super Bowl while organizing a food drive. This is a great opportunity for youth service!

The Food Bank is also looking for volunteers to work in their warehouse. All ages are welcome with parents. The big Souper Bowl of Caring volunteer BLITZ is Saturday, Feb. 2--Sign up today!
