Girl Scout Representatives Talk Girl Scout Cookies

MIDLAND -- Girl Scout cookies are now on sale!

Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest covers West Texas and Southern New Mexico, providing programs and services for girls. New Mexico counties include: Chaves, Dona Ana, Eddy, Grant, Hidalgo, Lea, Lincoln, Luna, Otero and Sierra. West Texas counties include: Andrews, Brewster, Crane, Crockett, Culberson, Ector, El Paso, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler.

An estimated 3,000 girls throughout the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest's jurisdiction will be selling many people's favorite cookies: Thin Mints, Shortbread, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties, Peanut Butter Sandwich, Thanks-A-Lot, Lemonades and this year's new cookie - Mango Cremes - delicious, new mango-lime cookies infused with Nutrifusion vitamins!

- Last Day of Sale: Sunday, March 3
