ODESSA -- Two Odessans are accused of taping themselves having sex in front of a young child.

Roxanne Losoya and Christopher M. George were arrested on January 22nd.

Odessa Police say that George used his phone to videotape himself having sex with Losoya.

A child was reportedly witnessing the two having sex during the entirety of the video, and officers say that neither Losoya, 25, or George, 28, made any attempt to remove the child from their presence.

An officer found out about the video after they searched George's phone while he was being arrested on traffic charges on December 30th.

Now, George and Losoya are each charged with indecency with a child by exposure.

As of Thursday evening, Losoya was being held without bond in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

George wasn't listed in jail records in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center Thursday evening.
