Odessa Man Allegedly Busted With Synthetic Marijuana, Elderly Woman's Credit Card

ODESSA -- Odessa Police have arrested a man who they allegedly caught with an elderly person's credit card and synthetic marijuana.

    Joshua Isiah Dutch was arrested on February 16th.

    Odessa Police say that they were called to an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Tanglewood Lane around 10 PM on February 16th, after Dutch was spotted sitting in another person's backyard.

    Officers reportedly found Dutch, 27, sitting with a metal pipe, synthetic marijuana and an elderly woman's credit card.

    Police immediately arrested Dutch at the scene.

    Now, Dutch is charged with felony credit/debit card abuse against the elderly, misdemeanor possession of synthetic marijuana (less than 2 ounces) and misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia.

    As of Wednesday evening, Dutch was being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center on $16,000 bond.
