An e-mail that allegedly implicates a concert promoter in Michael Jackson's death was revealed by a California judges.

It was one of several newly unsealed documents in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the singer's kids and his mother.

They accuse AEG Live of hiring Dr. Conrad Murray to get Jackson ready for rehearsals, despite his fragile health.

E-mails seem to back up that claim - suggesting the promoter was worried about Jackson's missed rehearsals and sought Murray's help.

Murray is serving a prison sentence for his involuntary manslaughter conviction in the case.

The pop icon died two weeks before his "This Is It" comeback concerts were to have debuted in London in 2009.

A-E-G Live argues it has no liability in Jackson's death because Murray was not its employee.

The wrongful death trial is set for April.
