ODESSA -- Celebrating 43 years in business, children's store Charles Marie's for Grandmothers in Odessa is getting ready for Spring with a Spring giveaway.  Every customer will get a raffle ticket to be entered to win one of three $100.00 gift certificates.  Customer will receive additional raffle tickets for every $100 they spend from March 8, 2013-March 30, 2013.
