Midland county sheriff`s deputies are on the look out for a convicted sex offender. Records show that Michael Ronnie Houston has failed to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Deputies say Houston failed to contact law enforcement after moving to a new residence. Houston was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old in 1990.
